IS ARBOR COLLEGE PARK FORMERLY UNIVERSITY CLUB? / WHAT IS ARBOR COLLEGE PARK?
Arbor College Park is a newly developed apartment community created through a full gut renovation of an existing structure, blending authentic character with modern design and amenities.
The community is anticipated to welcome residents as early as Summer 2026.
IS THE ARBOR CURRENTLY OPEN FOR TOURS?
In-person tours and model units will be available starting in early Spring 2026.
CAN I LEASE AN APARTMENT WITHOUT TOURING IT FIRST?
Yes. Many future residents are leasing early to secure preferred layouts and availability.
All residents will have the opportunity to tour prior to lease commencement.
WHAT DOES “LEASING NOW” MEAN?
“Leasing Now” means you can select your apartment, sign your lease, and secure your home today based on upcoming availability.
Homes are reserved by completing a lease and submitting the required security deposit, allowing you to plan your move with confidence ahead of opening.
LEASING NOW ALLOWS YOU TO:
Hold a specific apartment and floor plan for a fee
Receive priority updates and tour scheduling
Plan ahead for a 2026 move-in
ARE APARTMENTS LEASED BY THE ROOM?
No. Arbor College Park leases by the apartment, not by individual bedrooms, but feel free to bring a roommate.
If you’re seeking a by-the-room option, please note this in your inquiry and we will do our best to connect you with others who have also expressed interest in sharing an apartment at Arbor.
WILL APARTMENTS COME FURNISHED?
It’s up to you. Apartments at The Arbor can be delivered unfurnished or furnished for an additional rental fee.
WHAT LEASE TERMS ARE OFFERED?
The minimum lease term is 12 months.
WHEN WILL MOVE-INS BEGIN?
Apartments will be ready for occupancy in August 2026.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TOUR BEFORE MY LEASE BEGINS?
Yes, you will be able to see your apartment before lease commencement.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO CAMPUS?
Yes. Arbor College Park is conveniently located near University of Maryland transportation options, including Shuttle-UM routes and nearby public transit that provide access to campus and the College Park–UMD Metro station.
The Arbor also has on-site parking and bike storage should you choose to bike or drive to campus.
DOES ARBOR COLLEGE PARK ACCEPT GUARANTORS?
Yes. We accept guarantors for applicants who may not meet the standard requirements on their own.
The building is also pre-approved with a third-party lease guaranty service called The Guarantors. Please speak with the leasing team for more information.
